Violet & Marlowe Alerts — Text Message Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Violet & Marlowe Alerts text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Atrix Digital Media Inc., doing business as Wesley Wang Media (“Atrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation. Violet & Marlowe is a Wesley Wang Media production, and Atrix operates the Violet & Marlowe fan hotline and the website violetandmarlowe.com. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://violetandmarlowe.com/hotline/privacy.
1. Program description
Violet & Marlowe Alerts is a recurring text message program for fans of the animated series Violet & Marlowe. Messages may include confirmation of your enrollment, transmissions from the world of Warrenville, and updates about the franchise such as new episodes, releases, events, and community announcements. All messages are sent by Atrix and relate only to Violet & Marlowe.
2. How to opt in
Join the Program by texting the keyword REBELLION to (339) 330-4776 from your mobile phone. The number and keyword are shared through the Violet & Marlowe fan hotline and at https://violetandmarlowe.com/hotline. When you text the keyword, you give Atrix your express written consent to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you texted from.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to access any part of the Violet & Marlowe website, hotline, or content. Your consent applies only to this Program.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message. If you did not intend to enroll, reply STOP.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your wireless plan. Atrix does not charge for messages.
5. How to opt out
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to (339) 330-4776. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing team@wesleywangmedia.com.
You can rejoin at any time by texting REBELLION or START to (339) 330-4776.

7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, be the account holder for the mobile number used or have the account holder’s permission, and be located in the United States to participate. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
8. Supported carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation may change without notice.
9. Changes to your number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, text STOP from the old number or email team@wesleywangmedia.com so we can update our records. You are responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer control if you do not notify us.
10. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://violetandmarlowe.com/hotline/privacy. Your mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay, interruption, or error, because delivery depends on carriers and networks outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atrix and its officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages, or for any damages arising from your participation in the Program.
12. Changes to the Program or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at https://violetandmarlowe.com/hotline/terms with a new effective date. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
